- Treating our staffs with respect and courtesy.
- Providing complete, timely and accurate information in respect of the services needed by the Authority.
- Abiding to legal requirements in order to eligible for accessing the service sought.
- Timely paying of Water bills.
- Cooperating without staffs.
- Comply with our orders and directives.
- Not to offer gifts, bribes, favors or inducements to our staffs.
- Providing feedback on the Authority’s services when expectations are not met at the appropriate time, and without fear of reprisal.
