Authority has set a number of strategies for ensuring that the services to customers is well improved and meets the agreed EWURA standards. Though the main market for water sales will remain domestic customers where domestic customers constitute 70.7%. Other customers jointly constitute 29.3%. This underlines the importance of domestic customers as an important and reliable customer base for SHUWASA. Based on this fact, domestic customers constituting 70.7% of the market served. Likewise it contributes 64.4% of the revenue base.
