Meter Reading

This is mainly performed by our Sales Assistants through physical visiting of customers' sites in order to obtain their monthly consumption. This is done on monthly basis.

Data obtained from customers are entered into the billing system for verification process. The billing process ends by end date of every month.

Bills Payments

The Authority collects payments via control numbers through electronic payment channels; MNOs (M-PESA, TIGO PESA, HALOPESA, AITEL MONEY T-PESA) and Banks (NMB, CRDB and NBC) with their respectively Agents.
